This moves you to the <S> pricing tier. From that date, we will invoice you for the difference between the amount already paid <110,000 EUR> and the new annual fee <200,000 EUR>, which totals <200 000 - 110 000 = 90 000>.
Once you add a third project on <date of launch of project 3, value MM/YYYY> with <50 = number of active units in project 3> active units, your total number of active units will increase to <50 + 40 + 50 = 140> which means TIER <S> and from this date we will invoice you for the difference between the total amount paid <110 000> and the new one <200 000>, which is < 200 000 - 110 000 = 90 000>.
